
Primary responsibilities include a broad range of business development services, with particular focus on PTC applications and developer tools. This includes interaction with all internal departments and customers/potential customers to design, negotiate, and drive to closure agreements ranging from simple work-for-hire agreements to complex license, alliances, and acquisitions. Entails working with Legal and Finance as needed, as well as with senior executive management.
A proven record of strategic thinking; excellent written and verbal
communication skills; high energy, ability to self motivate and
motivate others, and a passion for communicating the benefits of great
products to partners. Candidate must have a proven leadership
experience and have demonstrated abilities in sales, negotiations, and
partner relationship management.This position demands the ability to
influence the management
team through written/interpersonal, presentation skills, and the ability to simultaneously address multiple projects and challenges.
