Anautics is currently seeking an experienced Requirements / Business Analyst for government related software and engineering projects.

•  -  
2-4 years of business experience as a Requirements/Business Analyst working on web-based applications - knowledge of government/Big 5 contracting expertise a plus.
•  -  
Prior experience interfacing between end-user organizations and IT for all software and process development activities.
•  -  
Expertise gathering and documenting detailed requirements and tracking these requirements through development and testing cycles.
•  -  
Prior experience working with a formalized OO development methodology or process background such as Rational\'s Unified Process (RUP) for Use Case development or SEI\'s CMM practices are preferred.
•  -  
Demonstrate understanding of all life cycle phases of software development.
•  -  
Super strong documentation skills MUST!
•  -  
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
